重慶水務(601158.SH):擬出資4900萬元參設分質供水公司
格隆匯6月29日丨重慶水務(601158.SH)公佈,為落實重慶市政府全面推進高品質生活建設的有關要求,更好滿足客户對高標準健康飲用水質的需求,提升多元化、高品質的服務能力,公司擬與公司股東重慶水務環境控股集團有限公司(“水務環境集團”)以貨幣資金方式共同合資新設重慶水務環境分質供水有限公司(暫定名,下稱“分質供水公司”)加快拓展分質供水業務,其中:水務環境集團擬出資5100萬元,持股比例佔51%;公司擬出資4900萬元,持股比例佔49%。
