大快活(00052.HK):今年積極擴張分店 故需保留資金
大快活(00052.HK)行政總裁羅輝承於記者會表示,今年計劃在中港兩地積極開店。
他指出,計劃在港增12至13間分店,當中包括商業和住宅區,又指在商討租金方面見有一成減幅,同時旗下特色餐廳「一碗肉燥」表現良好,未來會繼續增設分店,並考慮引入更多新品牌。
內地方面,他指希望於年底在大灣區內增至20間分店,而明年底增至30間,但新分店料面積會較小,冀增加外賣模式。內地租金情況亦與港相似,相信可以有更順利發展。
大快活執行主席羅開揚稱,公司派息比率冀維持在70%至80%,年度派息按年下跌,是因預期今年投資會較多,故希望保留資金用作發展分店。
