格隆匯6月28日丨MOS HOUSE(01653.HK)發佈公吿,截至2021年3月31日止年度,公司收益1.47億港元,同比增長1.1%;公司擁有人應占溢利1005萬港元,上年同期虧損65.5萬港元;每股盈利4.33港仙。
盈利乃主要由於(i)其他收入增加約970萬港元,包括與防疫抗疫基金項下授予的政府補貼有關的約420萬港元及集團店鋪的租金寬減收益約590萬港元;(ii)租賃相關開支(包括物業相關開支、使用權資產折舊及租賃負債利息)減少淨額約740萬港元;(iii)員工成本及其他開支減少合共約390萬港元;及(iv)銀行及其他借貸利息減少約190萬港元所致,但部分被(v)集團毛利減少約1110萬港元;(vi)年內因兩間零售店關閉而導致撇銷固定資產虧損約90萬港元;及(vii)税項開支增加約1.5百萬港元所抵銷。
