北信源(300352.SZ)：與中移集成簽訂戰略合作協議 在智慧城市相關領域展開合作
格隆匯6月28日丨北信源(300352.SZ)公佈，近日，公司與中移系統集成有限公司(“中移集成”)簽訂了《戰略合作協議》。雙方充分發揮各自優勢和資源，在遵守國家法律及行業有關規定的前提下，相互支持、平等合作、互惠共贏，在智慧城市相關領域展開合作，促進雙方智慧城市項目拓展和落地。開展戰略合作詳細如下：
(一)在後續項目開展中雙方互為渠道和合作夥伴，加強各類項目合作，避免同一項目的相互競爭。
(二)發揮中移集成支撐屬地移動商機方面的優勢和屬地移動智慧城市運營服務優勢，發揮北信源在信息安全、移動互聯安全開發平台、智慧小區及社區治理等方面優勢，雙方在省市縣智慧城市項目方面進行合作，以雄安作為試點，在全國縣區智慧城市市場作為重點合作領域。
(三)北信源對中移集成提供智慧城市信息安全及移動互聯安全開發平台的技術支持。
(四)北信源在智慧小區項目建設方面經驗豐富，市、區級項目商機較多，中移集成有成熟的下沉到縣區級的銷售體系，希望雙方探索最佳合作模式，提升客户價值，尋求雙方發展契合點。
(五)雙方安排相關市場、技術人員建立聯合團隊，構建項目商機協同工作機制，推進北信源智慧小區及社區治理行業應用、智慧城市安全服務能力與中移集成OneCity產品進行認證對接和產品融合。
(六)商機共享、聯合拓展項目：雙方在合作區域內建立溝通渠道和商機共享。雙方加強各級人員的溝通，提高項目拓展推進的及時性和有效性。
在重點商機和項目的挖潛上，共研共策、聯合拓展項目，必要時可成立拓展專項組。專項組結合雙方優勢和特點，針對項目制定具體的市場拓展策略，並按照制定的計劃聯合拓展，推動重點商機實現項目轉化。
(七)雙方應成立工作小組，建立常態化、制度化的工作機制，進一步推進雙方合作目標、內容和商務合作機制。通過電話會議、研討會和論壇等形式進行交流與研討。定期舉辦高層會議，針對已開展合作項目進行評估總結，討論、確定下一階段工作計劃。通過分享合作項目最佳實踐、研討新的合作與商業模式，溝通協調以確保資源投入，共同推進各項工作順利開展。
此次戰略合作協議的簽署，緊跟國家政策發展方向，是公司戰略佈局的重要體現, 公司與中移集成順應新一代智慧城市信息技術創新、變革和融合發展的趨勢，發揮各自優勢，一致同意建立長期穩定、緊密有效、全面務實的合作關係，以雄安為試點，在全國縣區智慧城市市場作為重點合作領域，共同探索未來新基建領域帶來的發展機遇，促進雙方在智慧城市相關領域的合作項目順利拓展、落地。雙方在面向智慧城市、數字政府、智慧園區、數據治理、雲計算、物聯網、人工智能、信創、5G等方面展開積極合作，有利於促進公司業務發展，同時北信源將在智慧社區的設備控制中採用信創和鴻蒙相關技術，進一步增強公司的核心競爭力和綜合實力。
