華音國際控股(00989.HK)預計年度虧損將大幅減少逾七成
格隆匯6月28日丨華音國際控股(00989.HK)發佈公吿,公司預計截至2021年3月31日止年度淨虧損相比上年度約人民幣17.84億元淨虧損,將大幅減少不少於七成。
集團於本財政年度的淨虧損大幅減少主要是由於(i)本財政年度撫松縣一個物業項目的價值減值撥備金額約人民幣1.82億元,與相應財政年度約人民幣8.78億元相比,大幅減少;(ii)於相應財政年度錄得終止經營業務的淨虧損約人民幣4.17億元,而在本財政年度並沒有錄得該等虧損。與相應財政年度相同,本集團於本財政年度並沒有任何已竣工並交付的新物業項目。集團位於長春市九台區的新物業項目,預計於2021年第四季竣工。因此,本財政年度的物業銷售乃主要來自以往年度已落成物業項目的餘下住宅及商業物業單位。
