建成控股(01630.HK)預期2021年淨虧擴大
格隆匯6月28日丨建成控股(01630.HK)公吿,集團預期截至2021年3月31日止年度將繼續錄得綜合淨虧損約1920萬港元(不包括一項屬非經常項目政府補助約2170萬港元),而截至2020年3月31日止年度綜合淨虧損則約為1080萬港元。
董事會認為錄得預期綜合淨虧損主要由於毛利率下跌,原因是(i)因供應短缺以致木材成上漲;(ii)根據主要承包商使用鋼材的要求導致產生較高成;(iii)工地安排的突發變動導致產生額外成;及(iv)市場上新模板工程合約競爭激烈。
