中國燃氣(00384.HK)公佈年度業績：純利增14.0%至105億元 運營現金流近83億港元
格隆匯6月28日丨中國燃氣(00384.HK)公佈年度業績，截至2021年3月31日止12個月，公司收入為699.75億港元，同比增長17.53%；公司擁有人應占年度溢利為104.79億港元，同比增長14.04%；每股基本盈利為2.01港元，運營現金流為82.79億港元，大幅增長27.6%。不含集團辦公大廈當期支付款，可持續性自由現金流為7.68億港元。擬派末期息每股45港仙，全年合計派55港仙。
於該財政年度，集團新獲取38個城鎮管道燃氣項目。截至2021年3月31日，集團累計共於30個省、市、自治區取得642個擁有專營權的管道燃氣項目，並擁有32個天然氣長輸管道、557座壓縮╱液化天然氣汽車加氣站、一個煤層氣開發項目、113個液化石油氣分銷項目以及建成運營364個多能互補的綜合能源供應項目。
天然氣業務方面，該財政年度，集團共銷售312.1億立方米天然氣，較去年同期增長23.0%，天然氣主要通過城市與鄉鎮管網、貿易與直供管道來銷售，其中城市與鄉鎮管網共銷售187.0億立方米天然氣，較去年同期增長19.6%(其中，鄉鎮管網共銷售17.6億立方米天然氣)，貿易與直供管道業務共銷售125.1億立方米天然氣，較去年同期增長28.4%。
截至2021年3月31日止，集團已累計接駁4015.38萬户居民用户，較去年同期增長約14.4%。城市燃氣項目的居民用户接駁率為60.8%。
液化石油氣(LPG)業務方面，集團現擁有七個液化石油氣碼頭及113個液化石油氣分銷項目，分銷業務遍佈中國21個省，為中國規模最大的縱向一體化LPG業務運營服務商。於該財政年度，集團實現銷售液化石油氣424.8萬噸，同比增長11.0%，其中：批發業務銷售量為352.57萬噸，同比增長29.2%；終端零售業務銷量為72.23萬噸，同比減少34.2%。實現LPG銷售收入總額131.64億港元，歸屬於公司擁有人的核心年度溢利為4.18億港元，較去年同期大幅增長133.0%。
增值服務業務方面，集團實現增值業務收入77.20億港元，同比增長53.6%；毛利潤29.16億港元，同比增長49.5%；經營性利潤23.21億港元，同比增長45.6%。此外，綜合能源業務方面，截至2021年3月31日，累計建設364個綜合能源項目。
