中國動力控股(00476.HK)預期年度虧損有所擴大
格隆匯6月25日丨中國動力控股(00476.HK)公吿,集團預期截至2021年3月31日止年度虧損將較截至2020年3月31日止年度有所擴大。
該虧損主要由於中國廣西礦產資產減值虧損約7億港元所致。礦產資產按公司聘請的合資格獨立估值師("估值師")計算的公平值列賬。礦產資產公平值減少是由於公司及估值師考慮了新冠肺炎疫情的爆發對全球需求的不確定性和波動後,對估值假設的多重影響所致,包括貼現率及成增長率上升和收入增長率下降。此減值虧損為非現金項目,不會影響集團的現金流量。
