優通未來(06168.HK):清盤呈請被撤回 繼續停牌
格隆匯6月25日丨優通未來(06168.HK)發佈公吿,2021年4月19日,呈請人姚弘毅根據該條例在HCCW154/2021向高等法院提交清盤呈請,該呈請針對該公司未能償還由其向呈請人發出的700萬港元債券的本金及利息合共708萬港元。該呈請指出,基於該公司無力償債及未能支付其債務,或基於公平公正的理由,呈請人要求將該公司清盤。該呈請於2021年6月11日被撤回。該公司股份自2021年5月5日下午3時正起於港交所暫停買賣。
