大發地產(06111.HK)擬260萬元購買浙江欣元26%股權
格隆匯6月25日丨大發地產(06111.HK)公佈,於2021年6月25日,温州凱泫(公司的全資子公司)與温州瑞順訂立股份轉讓協議,據此,温州凱泫已同意購買浙江欣元的26%股權,對價為人民幣260萬元。
浙江欣元為一家於中國成立的有限責任公司,主要從事投資控股。浙江欣元直接持有永嘉鴻瑞的全部股權,永嘉鴻瑞主要從事物業開發。永嘉鴻瑞的主要資產為温州永嘉清水灣項目,其為位於中國浙江省温州的住宅物業項目,於本公吿日期正在建設中。
公司表示,收購事項對其而言乃一個投資良機,可進一步提升集團在温州的品牌影響力,更好地鞏固及發揮集團在該地區的品牌優勢。同時,集團可擴充在温州的土地儲備,這符合集團1+1+X的土地開發戰略佈局,併為集團在該地區的現有物業開發項目帶來協同效應。
