港股異動 | 香港零售股高開 周大福(1929.HK)續創歷史新高
格隆匯6月25日丨香港零售股高開,周大福(1929.HK)高開1.77%報17.28港元,股價續創歷史新高;新秀麗、六福漲超3%,普拉達漲超2%。六福集團昨日晚間公佈截至3月31日止年度業績稱,全年收入下跌21.1%至約89億港元,權益持有人應占溢利則增加17.4%至約10億港元,每股派息1港元,全年共派股息每股1.5港元,派息比率為86.6%。周大福亦曾公佈,截至3月31日止年度純利60.26億港元,同比增長107.7%;每股盈利0.6港元,末期股息每股0.24港元。績後大和、大摩、野村、花旗、里昂紛紛升周大福目標價,最高上望17.8港元。此外,香港特區政府本月1日公佈的數據顯示,今年4月,零售業總銷貨價值的臨時估計為270億港元,同比升12.1%。業界認為,隨着香港疫情逐漸好轉,零售市場已經走出谷底。
