格隆匯6月24日丨華信地產財務(00252.HK)發佈年度業績,截至2021年3月31日止12個月,公司收入2.60億港元,同比減少19.89%;公司擁有人應占盈利626.61萬港元,上年同期虧損1.86億港元;每股虧損2.8港仙,擬派末期息每股3港仙。
轉虧為盈主要由於集團投資物業公平價值變動產生的虧損減少1.38億港元或74.4%;出售附屬公司的一次性收益5340萬港元;及得益於更好的客户組合及成本控制措施取得成效,生產及分銷塑膠包裝材料分部的經營利潤增加了890萬港元。
