格隆匯6月24日丨香港信貸(01273.HK)發佈公吿,截至2021年3月31日止年度,實現收益1.56億港元,同比下降4.96%;公司擁有人應占年度溢利7321.8萬港元,同比增長31.94%;基本每股盈利17.6港仙;擬派發末期股息每股1.3港仙。
公吿表示,集團於香港提供物業按揭貸款及私人貸款的放債業務所得利息收入同比減少5.0%至本年度的1.555億港元。上年度的利息收入包括向個人借款人(業主除外)提供無抵押私人貸款產品所產生利息收入1860萬港元,而有關無抵押私人貸款產品業務已於2020年2月出售。
