奇信股份(002781.SZ):擬向控股股東申請將2億元借款本金展期
格隆匯6月24日丨奇信股份(002781.SZ)公佈,公司於2020年11月13日和2020年11月26日與控股股東新餘投控分別籤訂了借款合同,兩筆借款均為人民幣1億元,還款日期同為2021年6月30日。
根據公司實際經營的需要,公司擬向新餘投控申請將上述合計人民幣2億元借款本金展期,展期期限為6個月內,經雙方協商一致可提前還款,利率為固定利率,即5.5%/年,在展期期限內,該利率保持不變,並授權公司經營管理層具體負責實施本次交易事項。
