據報國泰(00293.HK)要求所有香港機組人員8月底前接種疫苗
據悉,國泰(00293.HK)營運及航空服務總裁韓兆傑(Greg Hughes)向員工發信,要求所有香港的機組人員須於8月31日或之前接種新冠疫苗,因已接種疫苗的機組人員纔可以在大部分地方免檢疫,以及在來往高風險地區的航班工作,而且區分已打針和未打針的人員會增加編配人手難度和複雜性。
目前,國泰約90%機師及65%機艙服務員已預約或已接種疫苗。對於未能接種疫苗的員工,韓兆傑說會考慮短期處理方法,同時會檢視對這些員工未來的聘用情況,評估是否仍能受僱成爲機組人員。
