萊茵生物(002166.SZ)：與湖南農業大學簽署了戰略合作框架協議
格隆匯6月23日丨萊茵生物(002166.SZ)公佈，2021年6月23日，公司(“甲方”)與湖南農業大學(“乙方”)簽署了《戰略合作框架協議》。
甲、乙雙方本着“互惠互利、優勢互補、共同發展”的合作原則，開展植物提取物應用研發、關鍵平台建設、人才培養與學術交流等方面的合作，形成產、學、研一體化戰略聯盟，並通過市場化手段促進研發成果轉化，實現“校企合作、產學雙贏”的目標，為中國天然健康產品行業的快速發展持續提供動力。
合作主要內容如下：
1、科技合作：雙方加強植物提取物的應用研究和配方開發等領域的技術合作，特別是植物功能性成分在大健康、大消費領域的應用研究。充分利用甲方的資源優勢與市場優勢和乙方的科教優勢與人才優勢，聯合申請國家與各級地方政府的科技項目、人才項目與產業化項目。乙方助力甲方在植物提取和天然健康產品領域的產業化技術提升與產業鏈創新，加快推進技術成果的轉化應用。
2、平台建設：甲方擬在全額出資建立“萊茵天然健康產品研究院”(“研究院”)，聚焦人體延緩衰老、調節代謝和增強免疫力等重點方向，開展植物活性成分的保健功能與作用機制研究、天然健康產品研製及功效與安全性評價。乙方為研究院提供科技與人才支撐，推薦和遴選研究院專家諮詢委員會和技術委員會核心成員，並協助甲方申報國家或省部級重大創新平台。
3、人才培養：乙方利用雄厚的技術儲備與師資力量，通過定向培養、委託培訓等方式為甲方培養技術人才。雙方合作共建本科生、研究生實習基地，甲方為乙方的人才培養提供資源和經費支持。
湖南農業大學國家植物功能成分利用工程技術研究中心，是我國植物功能成分利用領域的權威研究機構，科技創新實力雄厚，成果豐碩，擁有相關領域國際一流的專家學者，同時擁有豐富的技術成果儲備和產業化經驗以及突出的行業影響力。
此次戰略合作協議簽署後，公司將依託湖南農業大學及劉仲華院士團隊的優勢資源，大力推進研究院平台的建設，擬聘請多位相關學科的院士和教授組建專家諮詢委員會和技術委員會，全面助力公司打造以“天然植物提取成分在食品飲料、營養保健品、化粧品等領域的研發應用為一體”的大健康大消費產品孵化基地，為快速提升公司研發能力和優勢，穩健推進天然健康產品業務奠定堅實的基礎。同時，也將為公司進一步加快植物提取產品的基礎創新研究，開發具有自主知識產權的健康消費產品，提供強有力的科技人才支撐。公司將通過研究院平台的建設，實現下游終端業務領域的拓展，有效提升公司持續經營能力及盈利能力，符合公司長期發展戰略規劃和全體股東的利益。
