新濠(00200.HK)料中山項目大部分設施將於2025年前竣工
新濠(00200.HK)公佈,與雅居樂(03383.HK)合作,成功投得一幅位於廣東省中山市的綜合用地,以攜手開發一個集住宅、娛樂和酒店於一體的高端綜合發展項目。
新濠指,中山發展項目是集團的非博彩資產投資策略的一部分。新項目將包含住宅、商業、休閒和娛樂元素,設有住宅大樓、辦公室、酒店、服務式住宅、健康中心、購物中心和一個主題公園,預計該項目包括主題公園在內的大部分設施將於2025年前竣工。
新濠相信大灣區是吸引全球旅客進入中國的大門。集團將繼續探索投資機會,並充分利用其在娛樂和酒店業的豐富專業知識,爲大灣區發展作出貢獻。
