謝瑞麟(00417.HK)年度淨虧收窄51.0%至4398萬港元 不派息
格隆匯6月23日丨謝瑞麟(00417.HK)公佈,截至2021年3月31日止年度,集團實現營業額26.49億港元,同比下降9.1%;經營盈利4941.1萬港元,同比增長1388.3%;公司擁有人應占虧損4398.0萬港元,同比收窄51.0%;每股基本虧損17.6港仙,不派息。
零售業務:於該年度,集團的香港及澳門零售業務營業額重挫50.2%,同店銷售負增長39.0%;在艱難的經營環境中,相比2019/20,集團仍能將該年度馬來西亞零售業務的營業額跌幅收窄至15.3%。展望未來,集團會努力穩步改善馬來西亞6間店鋪的產品組合及銷售表現。
集團在中國內地的銷售表現自2020年夏季起已回覆至接近疫情前的水平,並逐漸恢復增長勢頭。集團的自營店營業額按年上升3.9%,更在中國內地錄得13.3%的同店銷售增長,這令人鼓舞的銷售反彈部分抵消了集團於該年度內的虧損。集團在中國內地的店鋪總數由445間增加到截至該年度末的450家,包括173間自營店和277間加盟店。
批發業務:隨着中國經濟逐漸復甦,集團的特許經營業務也從最初的低迷中好轉過來。於該年度,集團在中國內地的批發業務營業額上升11.6%,並新開了69間加盟店,使集團的加盟店總數由253間淨增至277間。集團將繼續與加盟商保持緊密關係,以及審慎地擴大在中國內地的特許經營網絡,從而提高集團的市場佔有率並發展其批發業務。
其他業務:事實已證明,疫情為重新定義零售格局和加速消費者轉向電子商務的催化劑,標誌着零售新常態的開始。以消費模式的轉變為契機,集團於該年度成功推出了香港網店,集團電子商貿業務營業額亦有31.7%的顯著增長。香港網店不僅可以豐富集團的線上業務,還能與集團的中國網店相輔而行,配合跟香港和中國內地多個電商平台的合作。
在電子商務勢頭強勁的帶動下,集團將透過網店升級及與更多知名電商平台合作,更加專注於電子商貿發展,進一步擴展集團的數碼業務,實現線上線下融合。
