億都(國際控股)(00259.HK)擬向聯營公司出售內蒙古海立5.1%股權
格隆匯6月22日丨億都(國際控股)(00259.HK)公佈,於20216月22日,億威(公司之全資附屬公司)訂立股份轉讓協議,按代價約人民幣2060萬元向南通江海(集團擁有約31.5%股權的聯營公司)出售集團於內蒙古海立的5.1%股權的投資。於股份轉讓協議完成後,南通江海將實益擁有內蒙古海立100%股權。根據投資項目的賬面值,預期本集團可因出售事項兑現約2200萬港元之利潤。視乎投資項目於2021年3月31日的公允值,預期利潤的主要部分將記入集團截至2021年3月31日止年度的綜合財務報表,而利潤餘額將於截至2022年3月31日止年度入賬。
內蒙古海立主要從事高性能鋁電解電容器電極箔及相關產品的製造及銷售。
南通江海為一間於深交所上市的公司,而集團擁有其已發行股份約31.5%。
