中國燃氣(00384.HK)與普寧市政府訂立合作協議 成立合資公司共同開發建設普寧市能源產業項目
格隆匯6月22日丨中國燃氣(00384.HK)公吿，於2021年6月22日，公司與普寧市人民政府訂立合作協議。雙方本着開放公平、優勢互補、互利共贏、市場化、長期穩定合作的原則，通過緊密合作，積極發揮各自優勢，進一步推動普寧市基礎設施配套建設和鄉村振興，以及優化調整能源結構。
根據合作協議，公司及普寧市人民政府同意以下合作內容：1.成立合資公司，由普寧市人民政府下屬單位與集團簽訂協議成立合資公司（普寧市人民政府股份比例為30%，而集團持股比例為70%），共同開發建設普寧市能源產業項目。
2.城鄉燃氣供給項目：普寧市人民政府支持集團在廣東省普寧市開展城市與鄉鎮天然氣、農村智能微管網（智慧燃氣）等清潔能源供應業務。
3.綜合能源利用建設項目：從推動能源市場開發和產業升級角度出發，結合現有冷、熱、電聯產技術、燃氣鍋爐集中供熱及其他新能源技術，完成普寧市綜合能源利用規劃編制，為普寧市各類工業園區和大型商業綜合體的能源需求提供不同解決方案，建設區域集中性多能供應，提升能源綜合效率。
4.電動汽車、電動自行車充電設施建設合作：普寧市人民政府將視集團作為電動汽車、電動自行車充電設施建設的重要合作伙伴，支持集團在普寧市開展電動汽車、電動自行車充電設施建設。計劃建設兩萬個電動自行車的充電端口，汽車充電樁將統一規劃分步實施，滿足城市發展需求。
5.智慧城市與電商平台扶貧項目：普寧市人民政府支持集團“中燃慧生活”手機應用程式平台使用普寧市人民政府的網格化平台及大數據，將當地的特產利用“中燃慧生活”電商平台推廣到全國各地。
公司表示，普寧市位於廣東省，户籍人口超過250萬人，是中國人口最多的縣級市。普寧市是全國最大的服裝基地、全國最大的中藥材集散地，同時也是全國國內生產總值百強縣市。集團認為訂立合作協議將加強雙方優勢資源互補，透過普寧市人民政府承諾為集團在普寧市投資建設項目創造有利條件，協調有關方面並提供優惠政策扶持，推進天然氣在中國普寧市的廣泛利用，從而取得更大的企業效益與社會效益，為股東創造更大的價值。
