湖南黃金(002155.SZ)：子公司湖南新龍礦業本部臨時停產
格隆匯6月22日丨湖南黃金(002155.SZ)公佈，公司近日收到二級子公司湖南新龍礦業有限責任公司(“新龍礦業”)本部臨時停產的報吿。
新龍礦業擁有的龍山金銻礦採礦許可證於2021年6月16日到期，因龍山金銻礦採礦許可證延期尚未辦理完畢，新龍礦業本部於近日臨時停產。
新龍礦業已向湖南省自然資源廳遞交了《龍山金銻礦採礦權變更、延續登記申請》及相關資料。2021年6月11日，新龍礦業收到湖南省自然資源廳出具的《行政許可申請受理通知書》(湘自然資許申處(採許)字[2021]第39號)，龍山金銻礦採礦許可證延續正在相關部門履行審批程序。
新龍礦業成立於2004年2月18日，註冊資本人民幣30,000萬元，主要從事黃金、銻及其他有色金屬的開採、礦產品收購、銷售等業務。
2020年度，新龍礦業本部自產含量金628.97千克，含量銻6,501.97噸。截至2020年12月31日，新龍礦業本部總資產97683.83萬元，淨資產60844.48萬元；2020年度，實現營業收入30281.19萬元，淨利潤3722.12萬元(以上數據已經審計)。
2021年1-3月，新龍礦業本部自產含量金130.01千克，含量銻1,347.61噸。截至2021年3月31日，新龍礦業本部總資產94633.30萬元，淨資產61904.93萬元；2021年1-3月，實現營業收入7353.07萬元，淨利潤1095.7萬元(以上數據未經審計)。
新龍礦業積極應對停產，制定了停產期間工作方案，利用停產時間進行安全標準化建設和設備檢修工作，以保證恢復生產時能充分高效地滿足各項生產要求。公司已與相關部門進行積極溝通協調，爭取儘快取得龍山金銻礦採礦許可證。
鑑於新龍礦業龍山金銻礦採礦許可證變更、延續審批程序何時履行完畢以及復產時間暫時無法確定，預計對公司的生產、經營產生一定影響。公司將密切關注新龍礦業本次停產的後續進展。
