新創建集團(00659.HK)公佈,附屬富通保險同意認購新世界發展(00017.HK)直接全資附屬NWD(MTN)發行爲期30年的長年期票據,本金額10億元,票面息4.79%。
由於新世界發展及其附屬持有新創建60.86%已發行股本,故認購事項構成集團向新世界發展集團提供財務資助,故爲關連交易。
