《大行報告》花旗降港交所(00388.HK)評級至「中性」 下調目標價至490元
花旗發表報告表示,今年第二季至今港股日均成交降至約1,520億元,大致符合該行預期,惟港股通情況遜預期;而季內新股集資活動亦有所緩和,更預期潛在加速動力不大;又料MSCI中國A股指數期貨將於明年推出。
該行指,基於料港交所(00388.HK)短期內盈利上升空間不大,現估值相當於今年預測市盈率45倍屬高昂,將其評級由「買入」降至「中性」,同時目標價由570元下調至490元,以反映將其2021至2023年度盈利預測降2%至7%。
