據報亞馬遜每年透過系統比較評分 裁減6%員工
據外電報道,亞馬遜擬利用專有軟件流程「Unregretted Attrition」,每年有系統地裁掉6%績效排名靠後的辦公室員工,而非按管理層評分。
據內部文件顯示,員工通過相互比較而不是根據職位描述或績效目標來評分。此前有報道指,在人力評估表格中,公司要求管理層按員工表現設爲4類人士,並提出「此員工對比其他人,在未來如何作出貢獻」等問題,如果被分類爲最低5%的員工,需要有改善計劃。
另外,有指在亞馬遜的倉庫中,人員更換更爲頻繁:在新冠疫情發生以前,亞馬遜倉庫的員工年週轉率達到了150%。
