凱普生物(300639.SZ)：子公司香港分子病理檢驗中心擬推員工股權激勵計劃
格隆匯6月21日丨凱普生物(300639.SZ)公佈，公司的全資子公司香港分子病理檢驗中心有限公司(“香港檢驗中心”)系公司與全資子公司凱普生物科技有限公司(“凱普生物(香港)”)於2012年在香港設立的第三方醫學檢驗中心，已通過國際ISO 15189:2012認證，並取得了相關癌症基因檢測資格和第二代測序服務的認可資格，服務範圍涵蓋腫瘤學（腫瘤病理分子學和病理組織學）、傳染疾病、基因遺傳疾病、血液病理學和藥物檢測項目。香港檢驗中心業務覆蓋不同國家，為多所香港公私營醫院提供基因檢測服務，同時也為亞洲其它地區和國家如澳門、菲律賓、泰國、台灣等提供基因檢測服務。自新冠疫情爆發以來，香港檢驗中心作為香港衞生署指定檢測機構之一，持續承擔香港地區的新冠核酸檢測工作。多年的技術服務和品牌積累，以及在香港抗擊新冠疫情中作出的貢獻，使香港檢驗中心的知名度和行業影響力進一步提升。
黃利寶博士是香港檢驗中心的主任，獲香港大學醫學博士學位，為英國生物醫學協會院士、英國生物學會特許生物學家、美國臨牀病理學會院士、澳大利亞皇家病理學院科學院創立院士，獲香港創新科技署核下香港認可處委任為醫務化驗工作小組臨牀微生物及傳染病學專責小組成員，ISO15189醫學實驗室認證評審員，分子病理及診斷技術專家，從事分子診斷專業二十年，參與創建首個香港遺傳性乳癌數據庫並開展高危遺傳性乳癌篩查和研究。曾出任美國分子病理學協會國際事務委員會主席和協會董事、香港大學醫學院微生物學系榮譽助理教授和澳門大學健康科學學院客座助理教授。
黃利寶博士於2012年加入香港檢驗中心，作為創辦團隊成員承擔香港檢驗中心的建設、運營、管理工作。以黃利寶博士為首的核心技術（業務）團隊，在香港檢驗中心的發展以及抗擊新冠疫情過程中發揮着重要作用，為香港檢驗中心的成立、成長、發展做出突出貢獻。
