吉峯科技(300022.SZ):實控人汪輝武向公司提供借款3000萬元
格隆匯6月21日丨吉峯科技(300022.SZ)公佈,根據公司生產經營的需求,因公司銷售旺季業務發展需要,為支持公司臨時資金週轉,公司與公司實際控制人汪輝武於2021年6月18日簽訂《臨時借款協議》,汪輝武向公司提供借款金額人民幣3000萬元,借款期限為借款之日起20天,借款的年利率為3.85%,不高於中國人民銀行規定的同期貸款利率標準。本次向汪輝武先生借款的相關事項已於2021年6月18日經本公司第五屆董事會第七次會議審議通過,無需提交股東大會審議。
