據《21世紀經濟報道》引述內地銀行業內人士表示,人民銀行早前對部份商業銀行窗口指導,要求2021年度新發放銀行貸款加權平均利率不得超過2020年度第四季度平均水平+12基點。該監管旨在穩定銀行息差,不出現劇烈波動;以及要落實中央切實降低實體企業,特別是小微企業融資成本的政策要求。(ta/u)
