騰訊(00700.HK)全球總部深圳 「企鵝島」開工建設 總投資370億人幣
內媒報道,騰訊(00700.HK)於深圳的全球總部「互聯網+」未來科技城正動土建設。報道引述寶安區發改局消息指,騰訊大鏟灣項目去年已取得建設許可,目前正在進行基坑支護施工。騰訊回應指,已經動工的地塊正是「企鵝島」項目。
據指,騰訊大鏟灣項目分一期和二期,用地面積80.9萬平方米,總建築面積200萬平方米,計劃總投資達370億元人民幣。有消息指,一期建設項目計劃將於2024年12月竣工,料於2025年前建成投用,二期則計劃2026年11月竣工。
