中國燃氣(00384.HK)：與聯合國環境規劃署訂立諒解備忘錄
格隆匯6月20日丨中國燃氣(00384.HK)公佈，2021年6月19日，公司與聯合國環境規劃署訂立諒解備忘錄，有效期至2027年12月31日。
為了促進實現全球減少甲烷排放的目標，公司同意加入油氣甲烷夥伴關係，並訂立諒解備忘錄，為公司參與油氣甲烷夥伴關係提供合作框架，其中包括公司同意遵守“油氣甲烷夥伴關係2.0框架”。
根據諒解備忘錄，公司及聯合國環境規劃署開展以下合作內容：
1.雙方同意按照“油氣甲烷夥伴關係2.0框架”中規定的方式和時限，在甲烷排放報吿方面互相支援合作，報吿排放來自在石油和天然氣行業價值鏈(但不包括最終用户)上的經營和非經營範圍內的企業；
2.諒解備忘錄的合作領域可由“油氣甲烷夥伴關係2.0框架”中提及的油氣甲烷夥伴指導小組持續聯合審查，並允許合作方參與應對新出現的共同關心的問題；
3.雙方將定期舉行會議，以確保油氣甲烷夥伴關係的實施，並討論和研究互利和雙方協定的改進措施；及
4.各方將承諾與對方分享其業務領域的知識和信息，以及與諒解備忘錄相關的專業知識。
油氣甲烷夥伴關係2.0框架徹底改革了現有的油氣甲烷夥伴關係報吿框架，旨在提升温室氣體甲烷排放報吿機制的透明度，使大眾更容易更精準比較各公司甲烷減排績效。
油氣甲烷夥伴關係2.0框架向公眾保證，石油和天然氣行業的成員公司會使用可信的機制，系統地和負責任地管理甲烷排放。符合黃金報吿標準的公司更可信地證明他們正在為減緩全球氣候變化做出貢獻，並實現其相關的甲烷改善目標和指標。
油氣甲烷夥伴關係是由聯合國環境規劃署、歐洲委員會和美國環保協會牽頭髮起的氣候與清潔空氣聯盟的倡議。已有66家公司加入這一夥伴關係，相關公司的資產覆蓋全球五大洲，石油和天然氣產量佔全球總量30％。新出台的油氣甲烷夥伴關係2.0框架被視為當前最佳報吿框架。公司很榮幸獲邀請加入油氣甲烷夥伴關係，這將有助集團與國際上油氣同業在甲烷減排方面加強交流與合作，共同協助能源行業實現“碳達峯”和“碳中和”的目標，為減緩氣候變化做出更大的貢獻。
