特變電工(600089.SH):新特能源擬向內蒙古硅材料公司增資28.1億元
格隆匯6月18日丨特變電工(600089.SH)公佈,經公司2021年第三次臨時董事會、2021年第二次臨時股東大會審議通過,公司控股子公司新特能源以其全資子公司內蒙古硅材料公司為主體投資建設10萬噸多晶硅項目。該項目總投資87.99億元(含增值税,含全部流動資金),資本金由新特能源通過募集資金、自有資金或引入戰略投資者等方式解決。為加快項目推動,充分發揮光伏產業鏈上下游企業的專業優勢,經新特能源與晶科能源、晶澳科技協商一致,決定對內蒙古硅材料公司增資擴股。
本次共向內蒙古硅材料公司增資34.4億元,其中新特能源增資28.1億元,晶科能源增資3.15億元,晶澳科技增資3.15億元。增資完成後,內蒙古硅材料公司註冊資本增加至35億元。
