內房股逆市跌2%-6% 恆大中國及融創破底
內房股今天逆市捱沽，尤其是融創中國(01918.HK)跌破52周低位26.4元，最低見26.1元，創2019年1月以來最低，現造26.5元，續挫6%，成交增至3,540萬股。據《觀點地產網》昨天報道，融創中國於2026年1月到期美元債創4月13日以來最大跌幅，票息6.5%的該債券每1美元跌1美仙至98.1美仙。
恆大中國(03333.HK)四連跌兼屢創逾一年低，最低見9.97元，爲去年3月以來最低，現造10.06元，續跌3.6%。合景泰富(01813.HK)六連跌，最低見10.16元創近四個月低，現造10.22元，續跌4.5%。
三大藍籌內房藍籌(00688.HK)、碧桂園(02007.HK)和潤地(01109.HK)跌2.5%-3.7%，後者最傷失守牛熊線(34.5元)，最低見33.8元，現造33.95元，跌3.7%。
萬科(02202.HK)、旭輝(00884.HK)、雅居樂(03383.HK)、富力(02777.HK)、寶龍(01238.HK)、世茂集團(00813.HK)、旭輝(00884.HK)、時代中國(01233.HK)、新城發展(01030.HK)、中海宏洋(00081.HK)、龍光集團(03380.HK)及保利物業(06049.HK)也跌2%-4.5%，後兩者最傷分別報11.4元及53.8元。
國統局日前數據顯示，5月房地產開發景氣指數(國房景氣指數)按月進一步回落0.1%至101.17(前值101.28)。此外，內地首5個月房地產開發投資、房屋新開工面積及商品房銷售額同比增速已集體放緩，按年分別升18.3%(首4個月升21.6%)、升6.9%(前值升12.8%)及升52.4%(前值升68.2%)，反映調控對行業的影響持續顯現。不過，龍湖(00960.HK)扭四連跌，股價反覆回升1%報45.6元，成爲唯一逆市內房藍籌。
恆指連升第二天，今早在比亞迪(01211.HK)、藥明生物(02269.HK)、美團(03690.HK)、盈喜安踏(02020.HK)、舜宇(02382.HK)及日前料中績倍增的信義光能(00968.HK)升逾2%-8%推動，最多升272點至28,830，現造28,718，續升159點或近0.6%，成交額765億元。
