歐普康視(300595.SZ)：擬以1228.16萬元投資達州尚鏡郎
格隆匯6月17日丨歐普康視(300595.SZ)公佈，2021年6月17日，公司全資子公司歐普康視投資有限公司(“歐普投資”)與劉豔華、劉俊賢在安徽省合肥市簽訂了《歐普康視投資有限公司與劉豔華、劉俊賢關於達州市尚鏡郎眼科診所有限公司之投資合作協議》，歐普投資擬以自有資金人民幣1228.16萬元以增資擴股的方式投資於達州市尚鏡郎眼科診所有限公司(“達州尚鏡郎”、“標的公司”)。此次投資完成後，歐普投資將持有達州尚鏡郎51%的股權。
標的公司達州尚鏡郎位於四川省達州市大竹縣，成立於2019年10月，該公司主要從事角膜塑形鏡、框架眼鏡驗配和視力訓練等眼視光業務。達州尚鏡郎的前身是2004年4月成立的大竹縣光明眼鏡有限公司(“大竹光明”)，截至與歐普投資合作前，丙方已將大竹光明的資產、業務資源等注入標的公司。
標的公司經過多年沉澱，在當地積累了穩定的客户和良好的口碑，多次獲得當地主管機關授予的多項榮譽，如誠信單位、質量管理先進企業、民生計量誠信守法示範單位、質量信用AA等等。目前標的公司擁有多家地處優質地段的門店，經營區位優勢明顯；建有經驗豐富的業界團隊，人才競爭力較強；遵循優質服務的宗旨，客户粘度較高。自開業以來，業務發展持續向好，經營業績穩中有升，在當地行業內形成了一定的市場影響力。2019年起，標的公司陸續將旗下門店轉型升級為眼科診所，發展空間更為廣闊。
未來，標的公司計劃在達州區域內增建眼科診所及視光中心，並積極地向萬源、巴中等周邊城市開拓行業市場，在保持現有成熟業務發展的基礎上，不斷開拓區域發展新佈局，完善經營體系，增強區位協同優勢，努力形成大區域眼科連鎖，進一步提升綜合競爭力和影響力水平。
標的公司達州尚鏡郎位於四川省達州市大竹縣，業務範圍主要在達州市，主要從事眼科視光等相關業務，在區域的視光終端服務方面具備資源優勢，積累了良好的口碑，盈利能力和增長潛能較強。對標的公司進行投資是基於延伸公司區域營銷網絡建設，完善西部市場的佈局，與公司現有西南、中部市場形成區域戰略協同和利益共同體，進而強化公司規模優勢，提升公司的市場佔有率、競爭力和盈利能力。
