福萊特(601865.SH):擬發行不超40億元可轉債 募資用於分佈式光伏電站建設項目等
格隆匯6月16日丨福萊特(601865.SH)公佈,擬公開發行總額不超過人民幣40億元(含40億元)A股可轉換公司債券;期限為自發行之日起6年。
本次公開發行A股可轉換公司債券募集資金總額不超過400,000萬元,扣除發行費用後,募集資金19.45億用於年產75萬噸太陽能裝備用超薄超高透面板製造項目;6.58億用於分佈式光伏電站建設項目;1.97億用於年產1500萬平方米太陽能光伏超白玻璃技術改造項目及12億用於補充流動資金項目。
