延安必康(002411.SZ)：獲悉鼎源投資股權轉讓合同糾紛案、延安城投借款合同糾紛案
格隆匯6月16日丨延安必康(002411.SZ)公佈，公司於近日經控股股東吿知獲悉鼎源投資股權轉讓合同糾紛案事件，並經公司內部自查獲悉延安城投借款合同糾紛案。
其中，鼎源投資股權轉讓合同糾紛案，訴訟各方當事人：原吿為延安市鼎源投資(集團)有限公司，被吿1為李宗松，被吿2為新沂必康新醫藥產業綜合體投資有限公司，被吿3為徐州北盟物流有限公司；
訴訟請求：(1)請求被吿1向原吿返還預付的8億元股權轉讓款、資金佔用補償費36353972元以及自2019年8月20日起算至實際清償之日止的資金佔用補償費(以8億元為基數，按照全國銀行間同業拆借中心每月公佈的一年期貸款市場報價利率計算至實際返還8億之日止，暫計算至2021年1月20日為16736666.67元)；
(2)請求被吿1向原吿支付截止清償8億元款項之日的逾期利息(以8億元為基數，自2019年10月21日起算，按照全國銀行間同業拆借中心每月公佈的一年期貸款市場報價利率的2倍計算至實際返還8億之日止，暫計算至2021年1月20日為58575555.56元)；
上述款項合計911666194.82元
(3)請求判決原吿有權就第一項至第二項訴訟請求範圍內，對被吿3徐州北盟物流有限公司名下坐落於新沂經濟開發區山西路北、甘肅路東、新沂經濟技術開發區甘肅路以東、馬陵山西路以北的土地(後附土地清單)的拍賣、變賣或折價的所得價款優先受償；
(4)請求判令被吿2對上述債務承擔連帶清償責任；
(5)訴訟費、保全費、保全保險費由被吿承擔。
延安城投借款合同糾紛案，訴訟各方當事人：原吿為延安城市建設投資(集團)有限責任公司，被吿1為延安必康製藥股份有限公司，被吿2為新沂必康新醫藥產業綜合體投資有限公司，被吿3為李宗松。
訴訟請求：(1)判令被吿延安必康製藥股份有限公司向原吿歸還借款本金2.98億元和截至還清2.98億元借款本金之日的借款利息、罰息、複利(暫計算至2021年01月21日：拖欠利息7370133.33元，利息罰息2015770.97元，本金罰息81503000.00元，複利10116135.45元)；(2)判令被吿新沂必康新醫藥產業綜合體投資有限公司和被吿李宗松對前兩項訴訟請求承擔連帶責任；(3)判令被吿承擔本案訴訟費用。
