《新股消息》越秀服務(06626.HK)冀商業物管收入貢獻提升至40%
越秀服務(06626.HK)今日起招股,主席林峯表示,目前商業服務在管面積爲約280萬平方米,另外母公司越秀地產(00123.HK)(02934.HK)正開發商業面積達逾350萬平方米,目標商業物管佔收入比例可於未來3至5年內,由現時的約31%提升至40%。
行政總裁吳煒又透露,越秀地產每年竣工面積約爲500萬至600萬平方米,未來3年基本可穩定提供約2,000萬平方米管理面積,透過發展公共交通導向發展(TOD)項目、高端商業物業及舊改等,期望未來3至5年管理面積可增加2,000至5,000萬平方米。
