小商品城(600415.SH):擬以4.493億元收購海爾網絡100%股權 獲得從事互聯網支付業務資質
格隆匯6月15日丨小商品城(600415.SH)公吿,公司擬與海爾金控簽訂《股權轉讓協議》,約定公司以4.493億元收購其持有的海爾網絡100%股權,海爾網絡持有快捷通支付服務有限公司(“快捷通”)100%股權,本次收購完成後,公司通過海爾網絡間接持有快捷通100%的股權。
本次收購完成後,公司將獲得從事互聯網支付業務資質,為chinagoods平台打通支付通路、降低支付成本、提升客户交易體驗。
