北京建设(00925.HK)拟挂牌出售新辉及新阳各自90%权益 以产生庞大现金收入
格隆汇6月15日丨北京建设(00925.HK)发布公告,经审慎考虑后,公司拟于北交所以公开挂牌方式进行出售事项的标的事项现时更改为出售新辉及新阳各自的90%权益,而非如前公布所披露的中国流物的90%权益。
新阳及新辉均于香港注册成立,为中国物流的直接全资附属公司,主要从事投资控股。
公司预期可能出售事项将为集团产生庞大现金收入,可用以降低集团未偿还贷款金额,进而于可见未来进一步减省财务成本,并提升集团的盈利能力。
