中国铁建(01186.HK)公布,计划发行2021年第一期可续期公司债券,规模为不超过33亿元人民币,将分为两个品种,品种一以每3个计息年度为一个周期,利率询价区间3.2-4.2%;品种二以每5个计息年度为一个周期,利率询价区间3.4-4.4%,将采取网下面向合格投资者询价配售的方式发行,募集资金拟用於补充流动资金。
