赣锋锂业(01772.HK)1.3亿美元购锂辉石矿项目50%权益
赣锋锂业(01772.HK)公布,全资子公司赣锋国际拟以自有资金1.3亿美元收购荷兰SPV公司50%股权,荷兰SPV公司将通过持有非洲马里LMSA之100%股权,以间接拥有马里Goulamina锂辉石矿项目的权益。
交易完成後,赣锋国际及Firefinch将分别持有荷兰SPV公司50%的股权。赣锋国际并可视具体情况为荷兰SPV公司的全资子公司LMSA提供总额不超过4,000万美元的财务资助额度,以帮助其开发建设Goulamina锂辉石矿项目。
