《 新股消息》森松国际(02155.HK)今日起招股 入场费2,505元
内地压力设备制造商森松国际(02155.HK)卷土重来,计划发售2.5亿股,当中10%在港公开发售,招股价介乎2.2元至2.48元,每手1,000股,入场费2,504.99元。由今日(15日)至本周五(18日)公开招股,预计於6月28日上市。国金证券(香港)为独家保荐人。
公司原订於今年3月上市,当时招股价介乎2.48元至3.92元,其後因需要更多时间回应监管机构的查询而搁置上市。是次再度招股引入6名基石投资者,合共认购3,700万美元股份。
以招股价中位数2.34元来计,公司预计集资净额为5.05亿元,当中60%将用於提升产能;13.2%将用於提升服务能力从而加强压力设备相关增值服务;12%将用於推进国际化策略;4.8%将投资於研发;余下10%将用作营运资金及一般公司用途。
