《 新股消息》森松國際(02155.HK)今日起招股 入場費2,505元
內地壓力設備製造商森松國際(02155.HK)捲土重來,計劃發售2.5億股,當中10%在港公開發售,招股價介乎2.2元至2.48元,每手1,000股,入場費2,504.99元。由今日(15日)至本周五(18日)公開招股,預計於6月28日上市。國金證券(香港)為獨家保薦人。
公司原訂於今年3月上市,當時招股價介乎2.48元至3.92元,其後因需要更多時間回應監管機構的查詢而擱置上市。是次再度招股引入6名基石投資者,合共認購3,700萬美元股份。
以招股價中位數2.34元來計,公司預計集資淨額為5.05億元,當中60%將用於提升產能;13.2%將用於提升服務能力從而加強壓力設備相關增值服務;12%將用於推進國際化策略;4.8%將投資於研發;餘下10%將用作營運資金及一般公司用途。
