“瘋狂體育集團有限公司”新名稱正式生效：港股數字體育娛樂第一股 領跑體育娛樂黃金賽道
(香港，2021年6月15日)—瘋狂體育集團有限公司(“瘋狂體育”或本“公司”，連同其附屬公司合稱本“集團”，股份代號：82；前稱第一視頻集團有限公司)宣佈本公司的變更名稱相關注冊程序已完成，正式更名“Crazy Sports Group Limited”，中文名稱為“瘋狂體育集團有限公司”。用於在聯交所買賣股份的本公司英文股份簡稱將由“V1 GROUP”更改為“CRAZY SPORTS”，及中文股份簡稱將由“第一視頻”更改為“瘋狂體育”，自2021年6月17日上午9時正起生效。本公司於聯交所的股份代號“82”保持不變。本公司的網址將更改為“www.ir.crazysports.com”(前為“www.v1group.com”)，自2021年6月17日起生效，以反映更改公司名稱。
新公司名稱彰顯集團以瘋狂體育為主營業務的基礎下，瘋狂體育集團立足於中國萬億體育產業賽道，秉承“體育➕競猜➕彩票➕遊戲”運營理念，以海南競猜資質為支撐、由區塊鏈先進技術驅動，綜合運用巨大彩民用户資源、龐大數據庫、全球頂級體育IP等核心競爭能力，為用户提供在線體育信息、體育知識付費、直播互動、賽事競猜、體育手遊及線下體彩零售服務。透過全方位在線線下體育小區生態圈，促成用户羣裂變增長，形成互相導流、消費的業務模式，致力為用户提供一個多維度、實時參與體育賽事的娛樂平台。瘋狂體育是中國領先的數字體育娛樂小區運營商。
