新金路(000510.SZ)：擬與成都極典共設四川金路智雲數字科技
格隆匯6月15日丨新金路(000510.SZ)公佈，公司為打造產業互聯網綜合服務平台，構建“產業電商+數字科技+產業互聯網+智能製造+供應鏈金融服務”的綜合服務體系，近日，公司與成都極典明勢企業管理中心(有限合夥)(“成都極典”)簽署了《合作協議》，雙方決定共同投資設立四川金路智雲數字科技有限公司(暫定名，最終以工商管理部門核定的公司名稱為準，“合資公司”)，合資公司註冊資本為人民幣1000萬元，其中，公司認繳出資750萬元，佔註冊資本的75%，成都極典認繳出資250萬元，佔註冊資本的25%。
公司為氯鹼化工企業，產業、產品結構較為單一，氯鹼行業屬於周期性較強的行業，競爭能力主要體現在成本控制和產能的變化等方面，規模效應比較明顯。此次投資旨在打造公司產業互聯網綜合服務平台，構建“產業電商+數字科技+產業互聯網+智能製造+供應鏈金融服務”的綜合服務體系，是公司拓展業務領域，尋求新的利潤增長點的一次有益探索。
近年來，國家高規格密集出台了多項政策，鼓勵產業互聯網行業的發展，2020年4月國家發展改革委、中央網信辦頒發了《關於推進“上雲用數賦智”行動培育新經濟發展實施方案》的通知，強調搭平台，構建多層聯動的產業互聯網平台，鼓勵傳統企業與互聯網平台企業、行業性平台企業、金融機構等開展聯合創新，共享技術、通用性資產、數據、人才、市場、渠道、設施、中台等資源，探索培育傳統行業服務型經濟。
合資公司發展目標是為企業提供產業鏈價值構建與協同、為中小企業提供數字化應用與供應鏈服務、為管理機構及第三方提供產業數據應用等服務，符合國家產業政策發展方向。
合作方成都極典主要從事工業互聯網、供應鏈服務、數字科技等業務，此次合作可充分發揮雙方協同效應，實現在技術、客户、市場、管理等方面的資源優勢互補，達到合作共贏目標。
