五菱汽車(00305.HK)：五菱工業與蜂網集採就可能進行的集中採購合作項目達成戰略合作協議
格隆匯6月14日丨五菱汽車(00305.HK)公佈，2021年6月11日，公司非全資附屬公司柳州五菱汽車工業有限公司(“五菱工業”)與浙江蜂網集採信息技術有限公司(“蜂網集採”)就可能進行的集中採購合作項目達成戰略合作協議。
訂約方此次達成集採合作的戰略合作，旨在共謀發展、合作雙贏，打造面向未來的新能源汽車產業鏈，共同推動新能源物流車在快遞行業的普及應用。訂約方將發揮各自優勢，通過全面、深入、積極的合作，共同推動新能源物流車在快遞行業的普及應用。力爭至2022年12月31日前累計完成集採中心平台車輛銷售1萬台。
蜂網集採為一獨立第三方，由順豐速運、申通快遞、韻達速遞、圓通速遞、中通快遞和浙江省杭州市桐廬縣人民政府共同發起成立，旗下設立中國快遞物流裝備物資集中採購交易中心，於2020年5月6日在桐廬正式啟動運行。通過線上線下結合模式為快遞物流企業與裝備物資供應商提供採購信息、銷售渠道和配套服務。
根據戰略合作協議，蜂網集採承諾做好該項目入駐集採中心運營過程中各項服務和協調工作，在平台裏進行產品展示、信息推廣，協助五菱工業對接“三通一達即申通快遞、圓通速遞、中通快遞及韻達速遞”等採購企業開展業務合作。蜂網集採根據桐廬縣內快遞產業政策給予五菱工業支持。
與此同時，於集採合作事項下，五菱工業將定製生產包括且不限於新能源配送車和冷鏈車等滿足快遞配送需求且符合國家法規和汽車質量標準要求的車型，給予蜂網集採的銷售價格為國內優惠價格，並提供不低於市場普遍標準的售後服務，為客户提供專項的服務保障；五菱工業所有在集採中心平台上的銷售均為線上交易。
董事會謹此強調，此戰略合作協議乃訂約方建立集採合作的指導性文件，是對訂約方義務的原則性約定，除對訂約方的若干約束性條款外，其他條款不具備法律約束力。就集採合作的具體專案合作事項，將由訂約方在戰略合作協議的基礎上，另行簽訂相關協議予以明確。
