利君股份(002651.SZ):擬使用首發募投項目結餘募集資金及剩餘超募資金約4.47億元永久補充流動資金
格隆匯6月14日丨利君股份(002651.SZ)公佈,公司於2021年6月11日召開第四屆董事會第二十七次會議及第四屆監事會第十八次會議,審議通過了《關於使用結餘募集資金及剩餘超募資金永久補充流動資金的議案》。
鑑於公司首次公開發行股票募集資金投資項目已全部終止,為充分發揮募集資金使用效率,結合公司實際經營情況,根據相關法律、法規及規範性文件規定,董事會同意公司使用首次公開發行股票募投項目結餘募集資金及剩餘超募資金合計446,734,412.85元(含利息收入、理財收益及應付未付款項,實際金額以股東大會審議通過後資金轉出當日餘額為準)永久補充流動資金;上述募集資金永久補充流動資金後,公司募投項目支付應付未付款項時將以自有資金支付,同時授權公司財務部門辦理相關專户註銷事項及募集資金監管協議終止等相關事項。該議案需提交股東大會審議。
