滨海投资(02886.HK)拟赎回100万股可赎回优先股 涉资5,000万元
滨海投资(02886.HK)公布,目前公司已发行704万股可赎回优先股,全数由泰港置业持有。
公司指,鉴於股份已自恢复买卖日期起於联交所恢复买卖超过12年;公司自2013年起於每个财政年度宣派及派付末期股息;及截至今年5月31日每股摊薄资产净值为1.65元等,达成该等可赎回条件及经考虑集团之财务状况後,董事会议决公司将向泰港置业发出通知,按每股可赎回优先股50元之赎回金额赎回100万股可赎回优先股,总额为5,000万元,将於本月底前进行。
