《盈警响号》TAI CHEUNG HOLD(00088.HK)料本年度转蚀2,800万元
TAI CHEUNG HOLD(00088.HK)公布,预期截至2021年3月31日止本年度收入将按年增加约70%;而亏损净额约为2,800万元,去年溢利净额则约为1.25亿元。另董事局认为集团整体财务状况依然良好和稳健。
集团指,转盈为亏主要由於本年度内银行存款结余及香港息率下降令利息收入减少,致使本年度录得营业亏损约为2,900万元;自新冠疫情爆发,酒店业受到不利影响;集团本年度录得摊占一重大联营公司Consolidated Hotels Limited之业绩因而大幅减少90%以上。
