大昌集團(00088.HK):預計年度收入增加約70%
格隆匯6月11日丨大昌集團(00088.HK)發佈公吿,根據集團截至2021年3月31日止年度未經審核綜合管理賬目所作的初步審閲,預期集團本年度錄得的收入將較去年增加約70%;而本年度公司權益持有人應占虧損淨額約為港幣2800萬元,去年的溢利淨額則為港幣1.247億元。
預期集團本年度業績轉盈為虧主要由於以下原因所致:(1)主要歸因於集團本年度內銀行存款結餘及香港息率下降令利息收入減少,致使本年度錄得營業虧損約為港幣2900萬元;及(2)自2019冠狀病毒疫情爆發,酒店業受到不利的影響;集團本年度錄得攤佔一重大聯營公司Consolidated Hotels Limited的業績因而大幅減少90%以上。
