赣锋锂业(01772.HK)拟折让半成配股,该股六连跌守稳10天线,今天反覆回升,高低见111.8元/106.4元,现造111.5,回升4.5%,成交倍增至1,320万股,涉资14.35亿元;其A股反覆升0.5%报124.28元人民币。
赣锋公布,拟以每股101.35元(较昨天收市价折让5%)配售4,804.44万股H股,占扩大後已发H股16.67%,料所得款项净额48.55亿元,拟用於产能扩张建设、潜在投资及补充运营资本等。
