据《华尔街日报》引述消息称,亚马逊(AMZN.US)或因涉违反欧盟私隐条例,面临被罚逾4.25亿美元(约33亿港元)。
报道称,卢森堡信息保护委员会CNPD正流传一份决定草拟本,并向欧盟其他26个国家的数据保护机构分发,对亚马逊处理私隐的做法处罚,并提出罚款建议。消息称,卢森堡的案件涉及亚马逊收集和使用个人数据的方式涉嫌违反欧洲的《通用数据保护条例》(GDPR),与亚马逊的云计算业务Amazon Web Services无关。
